New Defender for Celtic
Stalybridge Celic have signed defender Connor O`Grady from Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division rivals Buxton.

The 23-year-old Sheffield born centre-back or right-back joined the Bucks in September 2019.

 

He came through the ranks at Sheffield Wednesday, signing a professional contract extension in 2018 and making his first senior appearance for the Owls in August 2016 against Cambridge United in the EFL Cup.

 

He also featured in a 2-0 win for Wednesday over Carlisle United in the Emirates FA Cup Third Round in 2018.

 

He made a tremendous start to his Buxton career and was named captain for the first time against Witton Albion in late October 2019 where he turned in a man-of-the-match performance in the 2-0 victory.
