The highly rated winger was in the Consett side that were beaten by the Hornets in the delayed 2019/20 Buildbase FA Vase Final last month.

Alshabeeb opened the scoring and provided a constant menace to the Hebburn defence but was ultimately unable to prevent his side falling to a 3-2 defeat at Wembley.

The Saudi Arabian-born former Team Northumbria, Newton Aycliffe and England Universities forward joins the Hornets on a one-year deal with an option of a further year.
