The
34-year-old started his career at Hastings United before signing with Brighton
& Hove Albion in 2006.
He
went on to make 42 appearances for the Seagulls, and in that time was loaned
out to Dagenham & Redbridge.
At
the end of the 2008/09 season, he joined Port Vale where he would spend the
next five years, making just under 200 appearances, scoring 19 goals in the
process.
He
left Vale Park in 2014 to sign for Gillingham, where he was appointed captain
and played in over 70 matches in all competitions.
He
then went onto join Colchester United two years later, but injuries restricted
him to just 22 appearances.
He
joined Shrewsbury in July 2018, after impressing during a pre-season trial. However,
he failed to make his mark with the Shrews and returned to Dagenham on loan in
January 2019 until the end of the season, making 12 appearances.
He
joined Vanarama National League South side Billericay Town in July 2019
following his release by the Shrews. |
