City Swoop for New Defender
Tim Harris, manager of Midland League Premier Division club Worcester City, has announced the signing of defender Louis Ezewele.

The 23-year-old joins City having been with Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central side Hednesford Town since joining from National League South outfit Hereford FC in May 2019.

 

A highly-rated centre-back, he has previously represented Bristol Rovers, Tamworth and Redditch United after coming through the academy at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

 

Harris told https://www.worcestercityfc.org: “I’ve known Louis from his time at Tamworth, he’s been really unlucky with injuries that has curtailed his progress. Louis is a very good character, he will add experience from playing at a higher level, a solid defender who can also play in a deep lying midfield role”.
