The rising star was on the books of
Tottenham Hotspur for eight years after Premier League scouts spotted the then 8-year-old’s
exceptional talent.
After that journey came to end at the
age of 16, the determined winger plied his trade at Abbey Rangers, before a
trial for Chelsea saw him sign a short-term deal in the summer of 2017.
He made 13 appearances for the Blues
under-18s, scoring one goal.
Following his departure from Chelsea,
he returned to the grassroots game that had a provided a launch pad previously.
He scored 19 goals for Southern
Counties East League side Greenwich Borough and that re-ignited interest and a
trial with Colchester United followed.
He eventually stayed in non-League
football, signing for Herne Bay in July 2019, where in two curtailed seasons,
he made 46 appearances, scored 11 and chipped in with numerous assists. |
