Imposing defender Gerring (pictured)arrives from National League side Woking.

The 30-year-old joined the Cards in October 2018 after helping lead his Truro City side to a National League South play-off place during the 2017/18 season.

His performances earned him a move to free-spending Billericay Town during the summer of 2018, but opportunities proved to be limited and by September he was back on loan with his former club.

Following the completion of his latest spell with the Cornish club he settled on a move to the Laithwaite Community Stadium to help Woking back to the National League via the play-offs in 2019.

Cooke is a former team-mate of Gerring`s at Truro.

The 28-year-old striker moves to Bath from National League side Weymouth, where he had been since August 2020 after joining from Scottish Premiership side St Mirren.

He had signed for the Buddies after impressing at Jamie Vardy`s V9 Academy. Before his spell in Scotland.

He spent seven years with Truro where he made over 250 appearances, scoring more than 50 goals.

He started his career with South West Peninsula League Division One West side Penryn Athletic before joining the White Tigers in 2011.

Holness, 27, moves south from National League North side Darlington, who he had re-joined for the second time in July 2019.

He made 7 appearances for the Quakers after signing in March 2019 and impressed enough during the 2019 pre-season to be handed a new deal.

He originally signed for Darlington after playing in the USA for North Carolina Tar Heels, Real Salt Lake City, Real Monarchs and Bethlehem Steel.

The midfielder has played for Jamaica at under-17, 20, 23 and twice at senior level.
