The promising 21-year-old has decided
to opt for first-team football at this stage of his career.
Firth has been with Liverpool since
he was an under-11 player.
Hailing from Ripon in North
Yorkshire, Firth was popular amongst his team-mates and is a fine shot-stopper.
He was a regular member of the Reds`
under-23 squad, working closely under the tutelage of Mark Morris.
In January 2018, he joined then-National
League side Chester FC on loan until the end of the season.
Firth played for Barrow against
Southport yesterday and, ironically, the young stopper played his last game for
Liverpool`s under-23s against the Sandgrounders last Sunday. |
