Twenty-six-year-old
Sousa (pictured) joined the Quakers in October 2020 from Pitching In Northern Premier League
Division One East side Tadcaster Albion. He had re-joined Tadcaster only a few
weeks earlier.
Born
in Vale da Amoreira, Moita, Portugal, he moved to the United Kingdom when he
was 10 and started his career at Manchester City when he was 15.
He
then joined the Barnsley academy moving on to NPL Premier Division side Hyde
United and then Celje in Slovenia.
On his return to England, he joined Tadcaster
in January 2017 and made 3 appearances, scoring once against Goole AFC, before
joining Accrington Stanley until the end of the 2016/17 season.
He
signed for then-National League side Tranmere Rovers in March 2017 but was released
at the end of the 2016/17 season after playing 4 games for Micky Mellon`s side.
In
June 2017 he re-joined Accrington Stanley and made 10 appearances as well as a
loan spell with Barrow AFC before being released in June 2020.
Efete,
24, signed for Wealdstone in July 2019 from National League South side
Billericay Town, who he joined from Maidstone United in January 2019.
He
started his career in Crystal Palace’s youth system before switching to Norwich
City.
Whilst
with the Canaries he had a loan spell in Iceland with Breidablik.
He
joined Maidstone in the summer of 2018 and played 16 times for Bath City on
loan before moving to Essex. |
