The 30-year-old, who can play in many positions, from right-back to attacking midfield, joined the Bluebirds in October 2020.

He had arrived at Hardenhuish Park from National League South rivals Oxford City, where he had been since the summer of 2017 after joining from AFC Telford United.

He arrived at the New Bucks Head in January 2017 having left Solihull Moors, and before that spent time in America.

He played for Major League Soccer side DC United's under-23s and went on to captain the University of Dayton soccer team.

He then played in the North American Soccer League for Canadian sides Ottawa Fury and FC London before short stints at Evergreen Diplomats and IFK Maryland in the American Soccer League.

He returned to England with Moors in October 2016.
