The 37-year-old returns north after being on the books at National League side Boreham Wood since February 2020.

Before that, the big striker joined National League South club Billericay Town from League One new boys Lincoln City for an undisclosed fee in July 2019.

He left Sincil Bank after four seasons, making almost 200 appearances for the club and netting a total of 50 goals.

After spells with the likes of Norton United, Kidsgrove Athletic, Nantwich Town, Congleton Town, Eastwood Town and Corby Town, he joined the Imps in the pre-season of 2015 from Mansfield Town, for whom he had made 120 appearances and scored 15 goals.

Over the course of the next three seasons the striker netted another 27 goals, many of them memorable, and he played a vital role in the club’s successes winning the National League championship, EFL Trophy and most recently picking up a League Two winners` medal.
