The former Salford City midfielder made his debut for the Mariners on loan in the opening league game of the curtailed 2020/21 season at Dunston, making 11 starts plus one appearance from the bench during the last campaign.

He was the first academy graduate to play in the Ammies’ first team, going on to make 2 appearances.

Manager Neil Young told https://marinefc.com: “It’s great to be able to bring Alex back to the club on a permanent basis. He was excellent on loan with us last season and has league experience. He has come back in great condition, and I am expecting big things from him this season”.
