Alex
Sawyer, Owen Royl, Harry Edmondson, Jack Nicholas and Ben Roles have all made
the switch in search of more regular first team football.
Sawyer,
28, is an attacking midfielder who progressed from Sholing`s youth to reserves
to first team and was part of the club`s FA Vase Final squad, coming on as a
sub at Wembley.
Royl,
21, can play in midfield, full-back or centre-back. He quickly fitted into Sholing`s
first team after captaining the FA Youth Cup squad that did so well to reach
the second round in 2017.
Edmondson,
20, is a midfielder who started his career with Yeovil Town.
He
joined the Boatmen in the summer of 2019 and came through their development
side to become a regular first team squad member.
Nineteen-year-old
forward Jack Nicholas has also taken the well-worn path from the Boatmen to
Totton & Eling, as has midfielder Ben Roles.
