Brother of Ashton, who also plays for the Rocks, Tommy signed for Bognor in July 2019 from Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier side Baffins Milton Rovers.

He began his career with Stanley`s league rivals Portsmouth but was released at 16.

He is a midfielder who impressed in the 2019 pre-season and was immediately offered a deal by the Rocks.

Stanley`s long-serving boss John Coleman told https://www.accringtonstanley.co.uk: "Tommy is a good lad and this will be his first experience of professional football. We've already seen that he's a good player and he gives us another option in midfield.

"He's a very skilful and tenacious player, he's got a long throw and he likes to work hard. I think he struggled with fitness last season, but hopefully he'll get over that and get used to the demands of full-time training.

"Signing players from non-League has paid off for us in the past and hopefully it will continue to pay off".
