Bament
returns to The Creek from Toolstation Western League Premier Division side Roman
Glass St George.
He
joined Roman Glass in June 2020 from Manor Farm`s league rivals Paulton Rovers,
where he was top scorer in 2019/20 with 27 goals in 37 games.
He
also won the `golden boot` at Bitton in the Western League the season before
when he rattled in 39 goals in 44 appearances in 2018/19 ahead of returning to
Paulton for a second spell in August 2019.
He
previously spent the 2017/18 season with Manor Farm, having previously been
with Ashton & Backwell United, Clevedon Town and Paulton Rovers.
Committing
to another season at the Farm are goalkeeper Ben John and defender Sam Boulton.
John
is a vastly experienced 38-year-old keeper who signed for Manor Farm in August
2018 from league rivals Larkhall Athletic.
He
has been around the Southern League for many years playing for the likes of
Chippenham Town, Larkhall, Bridgwater Town, Cinderford Town and Paulton Rovers
as well as in the Western League with Bitton and Almondsbury Town.
Boulton,
23, initially signed for the club in October 2020 from Southern Premier
Division South side Yate Town.
He
had signed for the Bluebells from Frome Town in November 2016.
He
was formerly captain of Yeovil Town’s under-18s and was voted as Yate supporters`
player and joint players` player of the year. |
