And
he didn`t have to wait long to get off the mark for his new club, bagging a
brace on Wednesday night as they won 5-2 at White Ensign.
The
35-year-old had signed for Ware in July from another of the sides switched to
the Southern League this season, Waltham Abbey.
He
had re-joined the Abbots in July 2020 from Isthmian North side Canvey Island,
where he had been for the fourth time since August 2019.
He
returned this time from Isthmian Premier Cheshunt where he had been in
free-scoring form since joining in 2015, helping the club to promotion via the
play-offs.
He
first joined Canvey via the youth and reserve sides after joining from Waltham
Abbey and made his senior debut for the club in the Conference before leaving
to have a three-year spell with Chelmsford City upon the Gulls resignation from
the league.
He
went on to sign twice more, first in September 2009 from Chelmsford and then
again in December 2013 from island neighbours Concord Rangers.
He
has also played for East Thurrock United. |
