Pair of Matty`s Return to Colne
Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One West club Colne have brought back Matty Makinson and Matty Morgan.

A product of SkyBet Championship neighbours Blackburn Rovers` academy, defender Makinson (pictured) had a spell at Warrington Town before signing a two-year contract with Colne in 2018.

 

The imposing 23-year-old centre-half spent some of the 2019/20 season on loan with NPL Premier outfit Atherton Collieries and then joined another NPL Premier outfit, FC United of Manchester. in June 2020 but left two months later for rivals Stalybridge Celtic.

 

He signed for Colne`s rivals Widnes in the summer.

 

Matty Morgan has returned to Colne.

 

The attacking midfielder who was a fans` favourite during his previous spell with the club and returns to the Reds from league rivals Trafford.
