Halliday Makes Goalscoring Start

Making a goalscoring debut for Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Hartley Wintney in their 2-2 draw with Yate Town on Tuesday night was Kofi Halliday.

The 26-year-old Birmingham native, who can play on the wing or as an attacking midfielder, joined the Row from Combined Counties League Premier Division side Fleet Town, for whom he had scored 4 goals in 8 games this season.

He has played in Gibraltar for FC Bruno`s Magpies and in Sweden for Stenungsund with spells at Aldershot Town and Godalming Town sandwiched between.

He returned to England in the summer of 2017 and attended the Pick-Up Academy and spent the 2018/19 season with Fleet before signing for Vanarama National League South club Hungerford Town in July 2019.

He re-joined Fleet in 2020.
