The
21-year-old joined Lynn in December 2020 from Pitching In Southern League
Premier Division Central side St Ives Town.
He
had signed for the Saints in the summer of 2020 from Northern Premier League
Division One Midlands outfit Daventry Town.
Gyasi
hit the headlines back in October 2010 when Premier League giants Chelsea
signed the then-11-year-old striker from League Two Northampton Town for a
substantial undisclosed fee.
He
was playing for the Cobblers under-11s and had been with the club’s centre of
excellence for the previous three years.
As
is often the case with lads of that age, things didn`t go as well as expected
and he went on to play non-League football for the likes of Barton Rovers,
Crawley Green and Bedford Town.
He
joined Isthmian North outfit Coggeshall Town in August 2019 and scored 2 goals
in 13 games before moving to league rivals Cambridge City in November, making 8
appearances before switching to Daventry.
Gyasi
has made 12 appearances for the Linnets this season. |
