Wadham played for Weymouth Cougars from the age of 7, having moved over from Germany.

He joined the Cherries as a 10-year-old and has proved his versatility by being able to operate as a centre-back as well as in his more familiar role of central midfield.

Wadham is now in his third year as a scholar, having been retained in May 2021 after a year of captaining the under-18 side.
