McKimm joins the Robins following a successful eight-year campaign at Tonbridge Angels that included promotion from the Isthmian Premier to Vanarama National League South.

Club owner Paul Dipre told https://www.carshaltonathletic.co.uk: "Steve was the favoured candidate to lead our promotion campaign next season. He has the enthusiasm, experience and energy that we are looking for. Let`s all rally around Steve and give him our support in his new challenge"
