Striker Harry McGrath returns to the GlenMex Stadium after stints with New Forest neighbours and new league rivals Lymington Town and Southern Premier Division South side Dorchester Town.

McGrath’s brilliant strike for Lymington against Hereford in the Emirates FA Cup early last season secured a lucrative replay, with the Linnets going on to lose away at Edgar Street.

The forward had previously played for Weymouth, prior to his first spell for Bash.

Re-joining the club from another New Forest neighbour and former Wessex League rival, Brockenhurst, is defender Ronan Moore.

Moore previously featured in Black and Gold during their last stint in the Southern League back in 2015.

Departing in 2016, Moore then moved to Brockenhurst.

Aside from a stint with Lymington, Moore has featured over 100 times for the Badgers, meaning his addition adds defensive nous and experience to Bash’s backline ahead of the new season.

The pair join new recruit, midfielder Billy Lowes, who was briefly a team-mate of McGrath’s at Dorchester towards the end of last season.

Lowes (pictured), 25, had joined the Magpies in 2017 from neighbours Weymouth, for whom he made 80-plus appearances in two seasons.

Originally with Poole Town, he has also had loan spells with AFC Totton and Wimborne Town.

Bash have also confirmed that former AFC Bournemouth and Portsmouth striker Matt Tubbs will remain with the club next season in a player-coach role.
