Gareth Davies takes charge of the Worthians and is accompanied by Alex Stanley and Chris Robinson.

Davies is an experienced manager in the area, having previously taken charge of the likes of Wootton Bassett Town, Malmesbury Victoria and Fairford Town.

A former long-serving player at Fairford, Davies also played for Cirencester Town, and he returns to Highworth as his first managerial job was being in charge of the Worthians` reserve side.

Stanley is a 38-year-old former defender who started his career with Reading.

Had a spell at Yeading, where he was a part of their successful side which reached the FA Cup Third Round and won the 2004/05 Isthmian League championship.

He also spent time at Aylesbury United and Farnborough before heading west to Chippenham Town, Cirencester, Yate Town, Swindon Supermarine and Didcot Town, where he ended his playing career in 2013.

He has since had a spell as assistant manager of Shrivenham.

Robinson has been with Gareth Davies in his management team at both Fairford and Shrivenham.
