Manager
James Stokoe has brought in striker Harry Baker, goalkeeper Tom Parker-Trott
and midfielder Ben Satterley.
Baker
is a 28-year-old forward who joins from new league rivals Frome Town.
He
had only been with Frome since March 2022 after joining from former league
rivals Barnstaple Town – relegated at the end of last season - where he had
only been since January 2022.
He
had moved the short distance from Poole Town to Southern Premier Division South
rivals Salisbury in June 2020.
He
had travelled along the Dorset coast to Poole from Weymouth in May 2019.
He
signed for the Terras in the summer of 2017 after an impressive season at Toolstation
Western League side Gillingham Town.
He
scored 19 goals in his first season at Weymouth and his high-energy and
work-rate made him very popular with the Terras’ fans.
Parker-Trott
in a highly regarded 21-year-old keeper who joins the Magpies after three
seasons in the Wessex Premier with AFC Stoneham.
He
joined Stoneham in the summer of 2019 after being released by Championship
neighbours AFC Bournemouth.
He
spent time on loan in the Southern League Premier Division South with Poole
Town during the 2018/19 season.
Satterley (pictured) moves to New Cuthbury from Wessex Premier side Shaftesbury, who he joined in
December 2021 from another new league rival, Lymington Town.
The
midfielder decided to take the step up from the Wessex Premier to the Southern
Division One South with Lymington in the summer of 2021 from Christchurch.
