Following Kieran Douglas and Ollie Griggs to The Avenue Stadium to the 2021/22 Division One South play-off winners is striker Olly Balmer, who contributed 26 goals and registered 17 assists as the Citizens finished fourth in the regular season.

The 23-year-old played in Dorchester’s reserve team during the 2016/17 campaign before joining Poole Town.

Technically skilled, he played for the Dolphins at Vanarama National League South level before switching to Winchester in the summer of 2019.

Dorchester boss Glenn Howes told his club’s website: "We welcome back another former Magpie having been involved in the under-23 system. Unfortunately, the lure of Conference South football with Poole Town starved the supporters of seeing Olly play.

"Olly, like Kieran and Ollie, played a pivotal role in Winchester City’s play-off winning season and we can’t wait to witness Olly’s infectious all-out style of play".
