The
21-year-old moves to Bolitho Park from new league rivals Tiverton Town.
He
had joined Tivvy in June 2021 after being released by League Two side Exeter
City.
He
played for Exeter in the EFL under-18s Alliance League and put in some
impressive performances for the under-23s in the Merit League and the under-23s
Premier League Cup.
Hailing
from St Ives in Cornwall, he also spent time on loan at Barnstaple Town,
Bideford AFC, Willand Rovers as well as Tiverton over the last few seasons.
Parkway
boss Lee Hobbs told his club’s website: “Theo Simpson is a young centre-forward
who is very strong and pacy, which I feel we have missed the last few seasons.
“It
was important that we identified a striker of that profile and he played
against us for Tiverton last pre-season, and I liked what I saw that day. He’s
coming to score goals and on our big pitch he will stretch teams and I am delighted
to have him at Bolitho”.
