Chats Bring in Three

Pitching In Isthmian League South East Division newcomers Chatham Town have brought in two players from Isthmian Premier side Kingstonian.

Midfielder Fabio Saraiva (pictured) had been with K’s since June 2019.

The 28-year-old returned to Merstham in September 2018 for a fourth spell from Vanarama National League side Woking.

He originally left the Moatsiders in July 2013 for Maidstone United and returned in January 2014.

He signed for Woking in the summer of 2016 and returned again, this time on loan, in August 2018.

Defender Simon Cooper is a former Kingstonian captain who also joined them from Merstham in the summer of 2019.

Formerly with Carshalton Athletic, Guildford City, Chipstead and AFC Croydon Athletic, he joined Merstham for the second time in November 2016, and has plenty of Isthmian Premier and Southern League experience.

The Chats have also signed winger Josh Ogunseye from Combined Counties League side Farnham Town

He was formerly with Godalming Town and Walton & Hersham.
