The
23-year-old, who had offers to remain full-time, joins the Lambs from Vanarama
National League side Yeovil Town, for whom he made 37 appearances last season.
Bradley
signed for the Glovers in January 2021 on a permanent deal after his loan spell
from League One side Lincoln City had expired.
He
made his debut for Yeovil in the dramatic Emirates FA Cup victory over Bromley
in early November, but an injury issue meant he missed some minutes early on in
his loan spell.
He
is a graduate of the West Bromwich Albion academy, but moved on from the Hawthorns
in 2019, signing for the Imps in the 2020 summer transfer window, following
loan spells at Havant & Waterlooville and Burton Albion.
Despite
being born in Worcester, he has youth international experience with Finland,
playing in the 2018 UEFA Under-19 Championships for his mother’s birth nation.
He
has National League promotion pedigree under his belt, having made 23
appearances for Harrogate Town in 2019/20 as the Sulphurites won the delayed
National League play-offs.
Tamworth
manager Andy Peaks told his club’s website: "I am delighted to secure the
services of Alex Bradley for the coming season.
"I
feel it’s a massive coup for the club to get someone of his calibre on board.
"He
was rightly attracting lots of interest from clubs in the National League, some
offering him full-time football still. His pedigree speaks for itself and what
really impressed me is his attitude, the fact he came to the club to take part
in a training session before signing speaks volumes about his desire to do well
and to ensure he was committing to a club that train to a very high standard,
do things professionally and show ambition that match their facilities".
