Relegated Colney Heath Strengthen

Colney Heath, relegated back to the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division after just one season at Step 4 level, have made their first two new signings.

Jordan Balogun (pictured) joins Heath from former Pitching In Southern League Division One Central rivals Welwyn Garden City.

The 24-year-old full-back or midfielder signed for the Citizens in August 2021 from league rivals Berkhamsted.

He had joined Berko in early October 2020 from Vanarama National League South side Braintree Town.

He had only joined the Iron in the summer of 2020 following his release by SkyBet League One side Oxford United.

Whilst on the U`s books he had loan spells with Harpenden Town, Thame United and Marlow.

Also joining Heath is experienced defender Fabio Bufno.

The centre-back has been on the books at league rivals Arlesey Town and also featured for the likes of St Albans City, AFC Dunstable and Bedford Town.
