Humphrey
has played some of the highest levels of the English game.
He’s
played for the likes of Shrewsbury, Motherwell and Hibernian and also made over
100 appearances for neighbours Preston North End, winning the League One
play-offs in that time.
More
recently, he managed Kendal Town and Penrith.
He has 12 international caps for Jamaica.
On
making this signing, Garstang manager Zach Clark told https://garstangfc.co.uk:
“I’m delighted that Chris has decided to join our club. Having played in the
upper echelons of the British game, he adds some very unique experience that
will help the whole team push on this season. Last season, I thought we were
lacking someone to secure the ball at the business end of the pitch and Humps
can add that to the team going forward. He has fitted in to the group really
well and is great to have both on and off the pitch”. |
