The 27-year-old had been with the Ravens since September 2020.

He has plenty of National League experience with Leyton Orient, Forest Green Rovers, Grimsby Town, Tranmere Rovers, Chester, Eastleigh and Dover Athletic.

He started his career in the youth ranks of Stoke City, before joining Glasgow Celtic’s academy.

Following a season in Scotland, he returned to Stoke and signed his first professional contract with the Potters in 2013.

His time at the Britannia Stadium saw him embark on loan spells at Scunthorpe United, Mansfield Town, Forest Green and Accrington Stanley.

In 2015, he departed the club where he began his footballing journey and signed for Ipswich Town.

He remained with the Tractor Boys for a season and had a short stint on loan at Grimsby before departing for then-National League side Chester FC.

He spent a very successful season and a half with the Blues, making 62 appearances and contributing 24 goals in all competitions, attracting the attention of Tranmere, for whom he signed in July 2017.

He remained at Prenton Park for the 2017/18 season and spent time with Dover on loan before signing for Leyton Orient in 2018.

He was part of the Orient side who won the 2018/19 National League title under the late Justin Edinburgh, earning himself a further season with the East London side, this time in League Two.

Towards the premature end of the 2019/20 season, he also enjoyed a loan spell back in the National League with Eastleigh.
