The
19-year-old initially joined Basford on loan back in January but has now made a
permanent move following his release from Meadow Lane at the end of last
season.
The
forward scored once during his time at Greenwich Avenue before he was hampered
by the after-effects of Covid-19 for the remainder of the season.
He
signed a professional contract with County in 2021 after rising to prominence
with his goalscoring exploits for the Magpies’ under-18 side, which later saw
him called up to the senior side.
He
soon made his first-team debut as a substitute in an FA Trophy trip to Havant
& Waterlooville and was selected to start against Oxford City in the same
competition a few weeks later.
Manager
Mark Clifford told his club’s website: “It’s great to have Ty back with us at
Basford. He is another fantastic young player with the grit between his teeth
to succeed.
“He
is coming back into a really strong group of strikers and will learn from those
around him - I know that he will be a hit for us this season”. |
