The 18-year-old was a product of the Procision Academy before joining League Two Swindon Town’s academy at the age of 11.

Initially a forward, the left-footer had become a centre-back by the time of his first team debut against Newport County in the EFL Trophy.

He spent a month on loan with Southern League Division One South side Highworth Town and then a month later, in March 2022, he joined Vanarama National League South neighbours Chippenham Town on loan to gain further experience of senior football, but he wasn’t offered a professional deal at the end of his scholarships.
