Experienced striker Stuart Bowker (pictured) returns to Barum from Southern Division One South neighbours Bideford AFC.

The 31-year-old signed for Bideford in March 2022 from rivals Willand Rovers.

He had joined Rovers in September 2021 from Western Leaguers Helston Athletic, who he had joined in July 2021.

He originally signed for Barnstaple from Western League Premier Division side Buckland Athletic in early January 2020.

He joined the Homers Heath outfit in the summer of 2019 from South West Peninsula League Premier Division outfit Bodmin Town.

In 2018/19, he scored 19 goals in 30 games for Bodmin.

He had joined Helston Athletic in June 2018 from Stoke Gabriel before making a swift switch to Bodmin.

He scored 23 goals in SWPL competitions in 2017/18 for Stoke Gabriel but left following their demotion to Division One East for failing ground grading regulations.

Goalkeeper Liam Kingston, 22, came through Southern Premier Division South club Weston-super-Mare`s academy.

He made a number of senior appearances for the Seagulls and also spent time out on loan with Bridgwater Town, Cheddar, Shepton Mallet and, from November 2018, with then-Southern Division One South side Street until the end of the campaign, where he made 25 appearances.

In August 2019, he joined Southern Division One South side Melksham Town on a season-long loan which was ended when he left the Seagulls to sign for Melksham`s league rivals Bideford AFC in November 2019.

He has also represented the England Colleges side.

Central midfielder Joe Grigg joins Barum having played for Braunton and Ilfracombe Town last season.

He is primarily a central midfielder, but is versatile and can play in a number of positions.

Callum Deemer moves to Barnstaple from Vanarama National League side Yeovil Town, where he mainly represented the under-18 side.

Having progressed from the successful youth system at Bideford Blues, he played a couple of seasons in adults football with Fremington and Bideford.

Central defender Dave Slade joins from Ilfracombe, while midfielder Matt Andrew moves west from Southern Premier Division South side Plymouth Parkway.

The experienced 33-year-old signed for Parkway ahead of the 2021/22 Southern Division One South season.

He joined South West Peninsula League Premier Division West side Camelford in the summer of 2019 and had agreed to join Western League outfit Tavistock in July before deciding to head to Parkway.

He is highly regarded within the non-League scene in the West Country and possesses an impressive CV, including spells at Truro City, Bideford AFC and Launceston.

Youngster Dylan Perkins has also signed forms, having returned `home` following four years in SkyBet Championship side Swansea City’s academy.
