A Couple of New Canaries
Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central club Barwell have brought in two new signings.

Joining the Canaries on a permanent basis is forward Cam Moore (pictured signing for Redditch) from league rivals Redditch United.

 

The 22-year-old had only signed for the Reds in July from United Counties League Premier Division North side Loughborough Students.

 

He had moved to Loughborough in 2020 having been with Northern Premier Division One West side Prescot Cables since October 2019 after arriving from Stalybridge Celtic, who he had signed for in August 2019.

 

He was previously with League One outfit Bolton Wanderers as a scholar.

 

Barwell have also brought in young striker Jack Deakin on loan from League Two side Mansfield Town.

 

Originally with Sheffield Wednesday, the 18-year-old signed as a scholar with the Stags in 2020.

 

One of the his notable achievements was being the top scorer in the Youdan Cup whilst with Wednesday.
