Baillie was appointed in May following the departure of Gavin Hurren.

Baillie previously won the Southern League with Kettering Town and has vast academy experience whilst at Norwich City and has also been head of football at league rivals Stratford Town and Tamworth.

However, a mixed start to the season came to a head on Saturday when the Rouslers were hammered 7-1 on their own Victoria Ground patch by Leiston – a third successive defeat.
