New Forward for The Row

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Hartley Wintney have signed forward Jacob Bancroft from Isthmian League Premier Division side Billericay Town.

The 21-year-old has made 10 appearances and scored once for the Blues since arriving in July from former Vanarama National League South rivals Oxford City.

He had returned to the Hoops in June 2021.

The striker left Marsh Lane for League Two side Stevenage in January 2021 but did not make a first-team appearance and was released at the end of the season.

A Swindon Town youth product, he had a spell with Wantage Town, then in the Southern Division One Central, before first joining City and has also had loan spells with Salisbury and Thatcham Town.
