Jones departs following New Year’s Day’s derby defeat at St Albans City which left the Tudors in 16th place, but only four points off the relegation zone. Boggins moved swiftly to appoint Brad Quinton as manager. Quinton has experience of National League South football having previously managed Braintree Town where he got the club promoted to the National Division in his first season with the club. He totally rebuilt the side from the previous season when the club were relegated from the National Division. He has also managed at Welling United and previously managed Enfield Town where he managed to get the club to three play-offs and the clubs best ever FA Cup run. Coming in to support Brad will be Mahrez Bettache, Matt Lawrence, Errol Hassan, Barry Bolton and Rob Lawrence, all of whom Quinton has worked with previously.
