The 22-year-old progressed through the Tigers’ academy after joining at under-12 level, making his first-team debut in the EFL Trophy against Leicester City under-21s in September 2021. Featuring 9 times for the first team, the Hull-born forward has spent time on loan at Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division side Gainsborough Trinity, National Leaguers FC Halifax Town and Irish side Linfield. With the latter, Chadwick netted in the UEFA Europa Conference League and scored his first-ever career hat-trick in an 11-0 victory over PSNI in the League Cup. Suffering a anterior cruciate ligament knee injury while with Linfield, Chadwick made his comeback in October 2022, featuring in the second half for the under-21s against Crewe Alexandra.
