The 27-year-old Chiswick-born forward joins the Crows from Vanarama National League North side Peterborough Sports.
He had signed for the Turbines in February 2022 from then-Southern Division One Central side St Neots Town and helped Sports win promotion via the play-offs.
He had moved to the Saints in November 2021 from National League South outfit Hemel Hempstead Town.
He had signed for the Tudors in June 2021 from then-Southern Premier Division Central side Biggleswade Town where he had been since the summer of 2019 after arriving from Isthmian League South East side Whitehawk.
He had moved to Sussex in September 2017, having appeared briefly for Bedford Town and Egham Town, following his release from Brentford`s academy.
Ky’s brothers Ronayne and Kwai have also appeared for Whitehawk, while another sibling, Keanu, now plays in Malaysia for Kuching City.
Ky made his debut for England C against Ireland in 2018.
