| Thanks in part to funds raised from the Supporters’ Trust’s 'Boost the Budget' campaign, interim manager Michael Morton managed to complete the signing of the prolific striker.
Rowe is best remembered for his years at AFC Fylde where he was prolific in the National League, scoring 57 goals in 119 games.
He went on to play in the Football League with Oldham Athletic and Bradford City, before joining Chesterfield in 2020.
