SkyBet Championship side Sunderland’s under-21 duo Ethan Kachosa and Adam Richardson have both joined Guiseley on loan deals until the end of the season. Twenty-year-old Kachosa has made 2 first-team appearances for the Black Cats since arriving from Leeds United in the summer of 2021. The full-back featured twice in the Papa John’s Trophy last season, and has played 13 times for the under-21 side this campaign. Richardson, 19, has played 7 times for the under-21s this season, and at the age of just 17, the goalkeeper was involved in a first-team matchday squad for a Papa John’s Trophy tie at Fleetwood Town. Standing at 6’6’’, he has previously represented England at under-17 level. Guiseley boss Paul Phillips has also added Harrison Nejman and Morgan Bacon to his squad. Nejman has joined on loan from League One side Barnsley and is a technical midfielder who joined the Tykes back in 2017. He signed a first-year scholarship deal in July 2020 after impressing in their younger age groups. Nejman captained Barnsley’s under-18s side who reached the Professional Development League playoffs during the 2021/22 campaign, he was then rewarded with a contract at the end of that season. Bacon (pictured) arrives on a dual registration deal with Vanarama National League North side Buxton. The 24-year-old goalkeeper has played for a number of clubs since leaving Carlisle United back in 2018. Whilst with the Cumbrians, Bacon had loan spells with Penrith, Shaw Lane AFC and Kendal Town. Since then the Bury-born stopper has gone on to play for Stafford Rangers, Glossop North End, a second spell at Kendal and Wythenshawe Town.
