| Scunthorpe United, relegated to the Vanarama National League North, have confirmed the double arrival of full-back Michael Kelly and forward Danny Whitehall from National League side Eastleigh. |

| Kelly is a 25-year-old left back who signed for the Spitfires in June 2021 following his release by Bristol Rovers.
He spent the second half of the 2020/21 season on loan at Yeovil Town.
Born in Scotland, he played for Aberdeen’s academy before moving south of the border to represent Leicester City, but later departed the Foxes in 2016.
A short spell back in Scotland followed as Kelly represented Hurlford United.
After a successful trial period, he signed for Bristol Rovers in 2017, and made 46 appearances in all competitions for the Gas.
He previously enjoyed a short spell on loan at Bath City in 2017/18.
Striker Whitehall (pictured), 27, joined Eastleigh in August 2021 following his departure from Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock.
The 6`2” centre forward broke records as he spent time in America playing college soccer, scoring 93 goals in 73 games for Hastings College before featuring for Chattanooga FC and Bugeaters FC.
In between time in the States, he turned out for Southport, Marine AFC and Prescot Cables.
He returned to England again in 2019 with National League side Maidenhead United, scoring 13 goals in 36 games in a season cut short by the coronavirus pandemic.
He then crossed the border into Scotland with Kilmarnock, finding the net twice in 16 appearances.
