The 25-year-old had enjoyed a successful loan spell with the Greens in 2022/23. He had joined the Terras in July 2022 from league rivals Oxford City, where he had been since the summer of 2020. He had signed for then-National League outfit Sutton United in July 2019 and then re-joined National League South side Braintree Town in early December 2019. He finished 2018/19 as part of the Braintree side that made a spirited effort to avoid relegation from the National League, having started his career at Southend United and had a loan spell with Harlow Town and a brief period with Kataller Toyama in the Japanese J3 league. He has played twice for the Japanese under-19 side.
