| Jackson Joins Harleston for Undisclosed Fee |
| Pitching In Isthmian League North Division club Gorleston have announced that Liam Jackson has completed a transfer to Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division side Harleston Town for an undisclosed fee. |

| Jackson joined the Greens from Thurlow Nunn Premier Division side Norwich United in the summer of 2022.
The 26-year-old scored over 100 goals at Norwich United in four years at the club, with two of them seasons spent at Step 4 level in the Isthmian League North.
In 2019/20 before lockdown, he hit 33 goals and was the Planters top scorer.
He joined the Planters from North Walsham Town at the start of the 2016/17 season and has also worn the colours of Leiston.
He made his debut for Gorleston in a 4-0 win against Biggleswade United in the Emirates FA Cup, appearing as a second half substitute.
Over the course of the 2022/23 season, he featured 11 times, 6 from the start, scoring 2 times.
An ankle injury saw him side-lined for three months, with the rehabilitation programme taking a further two months to get him back up to match sharpness.
By the time he was back to match fitness the Greens has put an impressive run of form together and getting back into the matchday squad proved difficult, although a series of matches with the reserves showed his ability.
Gorleston’s director of football, Gavin Coe, told https://www.gorlestonfc.com: "Although it’s a player we didn’t get to see the best of in a green shirt, financially the transfer makes sense for the club and the player. We wish him all the best on his next football chapter".
