Vanarama National League North club Boston United have made several new signings ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Defender Tom Leak joins the Pilgrims from recently promoted Kidderminster Harriers. The 23-year-old had moved to Aggborough in June 2022 from SkyBet League Two side Walsall. He made his breakthrough with Walsall in March 2021 as he made his senior debut in a 0-0 draw away at Southend United. The talented central defender signed his first professional deal in May 2019 before enjoying a successful loan spell with Salisbury during the 2019/20 season and later at National League South outfit Bath City. He joined the Saddlers from local football in April 2015 and was recognised for an outstanding 2016/17 season with the under-16s' player of the year award. He continued to progress through the ranks and his commanding performances for the under-18s earned him a professional contract. During his time with the Saddlers, the centre-back made 15 appearances for the League Two outfit – including 9 in 2021/22. Twenty-three-year-old midfielder Keziah Martin also joins the Pilgrims from Kidderminster Harriers. The lively midfielder who had moved to Harriers in September 2020. He came through the youth ranks at Solihull Moors, during which time he netted a trial with Premier League side Burnley before being signed by Barnsley. He moved to Aggborough as a free agent after a year with the Tykes` under-23 set-up, ready to take the next step in his career. Next up is 24-year-old midfielder Tom Edge who joins from Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central side Alvechurch Edge had moved to Lye Meadow in July 2022 from Northern Premier Division One West side Leek Town. He joined Leek in late February 2022 after returning from the United States. He completed his fourth season playing for Campbellsville University in Kentucky while studying for a sports management qualification. The former AFC Telford United and Walsall youngster shone in the States' university set-up, where the scholar was a key figure for Campbellsville Tigers in recent years and finished his playing time in America having landed a number of individual awards. A box-to-box central midfielder who can also operate as a defensive midfielder, he was Campbellsville's most capped player, with 100 appearances, and received a hall of fame nomination. The Tigers compete in the NAIA Men's Soccer Championship, the annual tournament for college soccer in the States. He also helped Campbellsville to semi-finals and the final of national tournaments before his side claimed the NCCAA crown in his final year in 2021, winning the final on his 100th and final appearance. He played for Shropshire Schools at under-17s and under-18s where he claimed a county title. He joined AFC Telford’s under-18 side after being released by Walsall in 2014. He was made captain at the age of 16 and was promoted to the first-team squad a year later. He also spent time on loan at Market Drayton Town. Striker Jimmy Knowles (pictured) is also a Pilgrim. The 21-year-old joins from SkyBet League Two side Mansfield Town. He was called up to the Mansfield senior team after he scored 4 goals in a reserve game against Port Vale in March 2019. He signed a two-year professional contract with the Stags three months later and he made his League debut in August 2019. He was loaned to Notts County in September 2020 and in April 2021 he scored his first senior hat-trick during a 4–2 win in a National League fixture at Woking, scoring in the 60th, 66th & 79th minutes. Knowles was loaned to Scottish Championship club Greenock Morton in August 2021 and in February 2023, joined then-National League North club Kettering Town on an initial one-month loan deal which was later extended until the end of the season.
