Flowers joined the Bucks from another National League North outfit, Curzon Ashton, in March 2022 on a three-year deal where he went onto to play a key role in ensuring the club maintained their National League North status in May 2022. The defender made 44 appearances for the club scoring 4 goals during his 14 month period but unfortunately could not prevent our relegation in April to Step 3. The 27-year-old had moved north from Brackley Town, where he had been since August 2020. He had signed for National League outfit Solihull Moors from Guiseley AFC in September 2018 for an undisclosed fee. He joined the Lions from Burnley in January 2018 and went on to make 13 appearances to the end of the 2017/18 campaign. Prior to joining Burnley, he played for Midland League side Brocton but departed for the Clarets in March 2017. The grandson of the late former England and Wolves legend Ron Flowers, he spent most of 2019/20 on loan with NIFL Premiership side Larne.
