A product of the Northampton academy, he made his Cobbler's first team debut as an 18-year-old in May 2021 against Sunderland in League One. That season he finished the season as the top scorer in Northampton's youth team, despite playing in midfield. He had loan spells at St Ives Town and Tamworth before joining Leamington on loan in November 2022 and he played against Brackley twice last season, scoring a fine freekick against the Saints at St James Park. Manager Gavin Cowan told https://www.brackleytownfc.com: "Liam is a brilliant young talent who has already gained good experience at this level and excelled. I jumped at the chance to work with a player who can already perform at the level but is nowhere near his ceiling of development!”
