Quigley began his career with JD Cymru Premier side The New Saints, contributing to five league title wins after coming through the academy, while also gaining European experience playing in the Champions League qualifying rounds. During his time with the Saints, he scored up 61 goals before moving to Blackpool in 2017. While at Bloomfield Road, the striker enjoyed a successful loan spell at Wrexham in the second half of the 2017/18 season, scoring 8 goals in 17 appearances for the then-National League side. After joining Port Vale and FC Halifax Town on loan, he signed for Barrow in 2019 on a three-year deal. While at Barrow, the Bluebirds gained promotion back to the Football League in 2020 for the first time in 48 years. Quigley’s 20 goals in 35 appearances earned him a place in the National League team of the season. He then went on to score 15 goals during Barrow’s first season back in League Two to help ensure their survival and was soon after voted as the supporters’ player of the year for 2020/21. He made the move to Stockport in July 2021 and went on to make 37 appearances during the 2021/22 season, scoring 10 times to help County win the National League title. The striker spent the 2022/23 season on loan at Rochdale where he made 26 appearances, scoring 5 times during his stint. Eastleigh boss Lee Bradbury told https://www.eastleighfc.com: “Scott is proven at this level. He’s a good age and has been around some really good times at the level. “He’s a leader and a target man. He’ll be effective at both ends of the pitch whether it’s defending corners or scoring goals”.
