Affectionately known as `Tank`, Joey Benjamin is a powerful player who is comfortable playing on the wing or as an attacker.
Starting out at West Ham United and then Northampton Town, for whom he made 7 League appearances, the 27-year-old has enjoyed a well-travelled career since leaving the Cobblers in 2010.
He had stops of varying lengths at Ebbsfleet United, Boreham Wood, AFC Hornchurch, Wealdstone, Chelmsford City, Tonbridge Angels, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Billericay Town, St Neots Town, Grays Athletic, Bury Town and Dulwich Hamlet.
Benjamin originally joined Harlow Town in July 2015 from Dulwich and helped steer the Hawks to the Isthmian Division One North play-off success the following May.
He left the Hawks in the summer of 2016 to join neighbours Bishop's Stortford, but after just a short stint in August 2016 he re-joined Harlow for his second spell at the club.
In June 2017 he left the Hawks again to sign for Haringey Borough, having made a total of 85 appearances for Harlow, scoring 6 goals in the process.
A brief spell with Northwood preceded a move to Barking at the start of this season.
Marcus Bowers is a striker who has made 9 appearances and scored 2 goals for Rovers` league rivals Basildon United this season.
He had an exceptionally good 2017/18 season in the Essex Senior League, notching 33 goals in 47 games.
His previous clubs include Witham Town, Concord Rangers, Pro Essex and Basildon Town.
