Stanners joined Shrivenham ahead of the 2018/19 campaign and was a major cog in the side`s preparations for Hellenic Premier League football consolidation and, despite the club finding itself bottom of the standings at present, he had put in some excellent performances in the eleven games he had featured in and picked up two goals along the way.

Shrivenham manager Gareth Davies told his club`s website: “We’re obviously really disappointed to lose a player of Ryan’s calibre, but he’s moving to a higher level of football so it’s totally understandable.

“We wish him all the best at Highworth – he always gave everything for us here and he never let us down so we’re sure he’ll make it a success at that level too”.
